I don’t know if they are like that with others, but their plans (service contracts) are not friendly when you don’t know how they work. Now that I understand I can say that I give the camera an A+, but Moultrie could do a better job with this camera.
My frustration was with not understanding the system, and not with the camera itself. However, this is not the case, and in the meantime, we customers get frustrated.
